The Novice girls capped off a busy week with their first win of the season in Beamsville vs the Niagara Thunder (so as always Lightning comes before Thunder). It was a great team effort and all the girls should be proud how they played. The improvement from game to game is a testament to the hard work of the player and coaches. The girls are continuing to work in practice this week and next to gear up for the Brantford tournament Dec 11-13th. Go Lightning!

The Novice girls played their first exhibition game of the season Monday night in preparation for the first tournament of the year coming Nov 28 and 29. The girls have been working very hard in practice and it was great to see their hard work show in the game. The girls played great and had fun. They showed great potential for the season. With continued work in practice and more game experience the Novice Lightning appear to be poised for an amazing season.
